Essential cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. No consent is required for these cookies under UAE PDPL and the ePrivacy Directive.

4. Analytics Cookies
Haviqo records a small set of first-party landing funnel events only when you explicitly opt in below.
These events contain no account, tenant, contact-form content or persistent identifier. Refusing consent does not affect the platform.

6. Your Choices and Opt-Out
You have the following options to control cookies:
- Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
- Platform preference centre: Use the toggle below to grant or withdraw analytics consent at any time.
- Do Not Track: If your browser sends a DNT signal, we honour it by disabling analytics cookies.
- Right to object: Under UAE PDPL Article 10, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data. Submit a request to privacy@haviqo.com.
Analytics Cookies
Allow Haviqo to collect anonymised usage data to improve the platform.
Optional product usage measurement
Count successful company setup, invitation acceptance, journal posting and invoice posting. Off by default, separately from website analytics. No account, company, amount, document, URL or persistent identifier is included in these events. Counts are stored in our operational logs, not as a per-user history. Withdrawal stops future events; it does not erase earlier aggregate events.
7. Third-Party Cookies
Haviqo does not use third-party advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels. The platform does not integrate Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any similar advertising technology. The only third-party scripts loaded are those strictly necessary for platform infrastructure (CDN font delivery, error monitoring). These scripts do not set persistent tracking cookies.
8. Cookie Retention Periods
All cookies are deleted at the end of their retention period. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. You may delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Deleting essential cookies will require you to log in again.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new features or when applicable law changes. We will notify you of material changes by displaying a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
